Snow man Christmas gift tags with glitter – this is an easy craft project to add a handmade touch to your Christmas presents.
Snow man Christmas gift tags with glitter
Crafting may not be something I should take up full time, but what I lack in skill I make up for with enthusiasm and that counts for something right?
When it comes to Christmas I’m a little bit OCD. Our Christmas tree is decorated with red, white and silver and I like to keep it that way.
Just to take it one step further, I theme my gift wrap every year. There’s no mismatching paper under my tree.
Every year I make my own gift tags to stick with the theme. One year they were in the shape of gingerbread men, the next year – reinbird gift tags – and last year I went with simple red bows.
I have no idea where the ideas come from but this year’s popped into my head just as I was trying to go to sleep a few weeks ago – snow man Christmas gift tags with glitter.
They’re so simple to make and I think they’re pretty cute even if I do say so myself.
These little guys are a cinch to make. You will need:
All you have to do is use the corks to stamp on the glue snow man, sprinkle on the glitter and shake off the excess then leave them to dry. I suggest adding the glitter over a container so you can re-use the excess and not have an awful mess to clean up.
When they’re dry, draw on the hat and arms and you’re done.
I buy white and kraft paper in bulk and then dress it for whatever the occasion might be with ribbon and what not. This year it’s silver glitter ribbon to match the snow man.
What about you? How do you wrap your Christmas presents?
